Our partners & sponsors
have hosted a Family Fun Day for the past two years. Both years, we have had over 2,000 students and families from 70 schools, two States and two Countries attend this free event. We have provided 500 free t-shirts, free wrist bands, free hot dogs, chips, drinks and kettle corn to those in attendance. We have provided activities for the children, including giant water slides, obstacle courses and bouncy houses. We have had support from over 20 local service agencies at this event.

There are over 100 schools in Yuma County. Although We believe we have done a good job in bringing over 50 schools on board, we have a goal to bring on an additional 10 schools per year over the next five years.
We estimate that it costs $3000 for training, materials, supplies, signage and support to bring a school on board and become a Kids at Hope School, and approximately $1000 per year to provide additional training and support
